I am a Student Veterinary Nurse with Rufford Veterinary Group and split my time equally between the Holly Lane and Wennington Road branches. I started my Veterinary Nurse training in September 2016, spending one day a week at college and four days in practice. Working between both practices I see a wide variety of patient cases, which is extremely interesting and beneficial for my training.

I have always been passionate about animals and when I came to Wennington Road for some work experience in May 2016, I knew that Veterinary Nursing was definitely for me!

I enjoy all aspects of working in practice, especially inpatient care, whether it be short stay or long hospitalisation I like making their stay with us as positive and comfortable as possible.

Before coming to RVG I gained a 2:1 in English Literature at Edge Hill University and ran my own dog walking business.

In my spare time I love nothing more than walking in the countryside with my Lurcher ‘Evie’.
