How do I join?
Phone any of our branches 01704 821204 (Rufford), 01704 214460 (Southport) 01772 954770 (Tarleton), or let a member of staff at the practice know that you wish to join.
If they can't register you at the time, they will take your details and arrange for a member of our PHC team to contact you.
You will need to have your bank details available to join.
A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during registration. You have 14 days to cancel should you wish to.
Exciting news: We will be upgrading our Pet Health Club to a new plan later in 2021!
Monthly payments will alter but the plan will provide additional benefits and continue to offer great savings on the cost of preventative health care.
